    Aber fragen wir noch einmal: Wie kann Gott mich als Sünder ansehen und verurteilen, wenn doch erst durch meine Lüge seine Wahrheit in ihrer ganzen Größe sichtbar wird?
    若　神的真实，因我的虚谎，越发显出他的荣耀，为什么我还受审判，好象罪人呢？
    For if the truth of God hath more abounded through my lie unto his glory; why yet am I also judged as a sinner?
  2. Habakuk 1:3
    Warum muß ich so viel Unrecht mit ansehen, und warum schaust du untätig zu, wie die Menschen einander das Leben zur Hölle machen? Unterdrückung und Gewalt, wohin ich blicke, Zank und Streit nehmen kein Ende!
    你为何使我看见罪孽？你为何看着奸恶而不理呢？毁灭和强暴在我面前，又起了争端和相斗的事。
    Why dost thou shew me iniquity, and cause me to behold grievance? for spoiling and violence are before me: and there are that raise up strife and contention.

    The adversary hath spread out his hand upon all her pleasant things: for she hath seen that the heathen entered into her sanctuary, whom thou didst command that they should not enter into thy congregation.

    Are there not mockers with me? and doth not mine eye continue in their provocation?

    我何忍见我本族的人受害？何忍见我同宗的人被灭呢？”
    For how can I endure to see the evil that shall come unto my people? or how can I endure to see the destruction of my kindred?

    利百加对以撒说：“我因这赫人的女子，连性命都厌烦了；倘若雅各也娶赫人的女子为妻，象这些一样，我活着还有什么益处呢？”
    And Rebekah said to Isaac, I am weary of my life because of the daughters of Heth: if Jacob take a wife of the daughters of Heth, such as these which are of the daughters of the land, what good shall my life do me?

    自己走开约有一箭之远，相对而坐，说：“我不忍见孩子死。”就相对而坐，放声大哭。
    And she went, and sat her down over against him a good way off, as it were a bow shot: for she said, Let me not see the death of the child. And she sat over against him, and lift up her voice, and wept.
